What type of fitness programs do you offer?

At Vali Athlete Performance, we offer a variety of fitness programs including strength training, conditioning, agility training, and sport-specific training.

Do I need to be an athlete to join Vali Athlete Performance?
No, our programs are designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance your performance or someone looking to improve your overall fitness, we have something for everyone.

How often should I attend training sessions?

We recommend attending the allotted sessions in the package you purchase.  Each package is designed to gain improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. However, you can tailor your schedule based on your individual goals and availability.

What is the duration of each fitness class?
Our fitness classes typically last for 60 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down sessions. Each class is designed to maximize your time and deliver an effective workout.

How do I book my training sessions?

We no longer use a booking software. You will schedule your weekly sessions with Spenser and Maja. We work with your schedule and keep you accountable in training.
